We currently ship to the following locations within India:

  • Selected rural and remote areas

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available only in select locations)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as product availability, shipping destination, and unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹5000. For orders below ₹5000, a flat rate of ₹50 will be charged.
  • Express Shipping: ₹100 for all orders.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If you are not available to receive the delivery, please contact the courier service directly with the provided tracking information to arrange a suitable delivery time.

7. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Political disruptions or strikes
  • Unforeseen logistical challenges

If there is a significant delay in your delivery, we will notify you via email or phone.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address at checkout.
  • If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
